Florida Freaks: Man Uses Cellphone Hidden In Dog Food To Look Up Target Shopper’s Skirt [Video]

Deputies are seeking the public’s help to find a man suspected of using a smartphone tucked under a dog food bag to record video up the dress of a female shopper at a Target store in Orange County last week.
In surveillance video released by deputies, the heavyset, bearded man is seen walking through the Waterford Lakes Target about 6:40 p.m. Oct. 2, with a bag of dog food loaded on the bottom of a shopping cart.
The man is shown sliding a phone under the food bag, leaving the device partly exposed, then following a woman in a dress closely with his cart. Authorities say he left the store and drove away on a motorcycle.
Surveillance images show the man wearing a gold University of Central Florida baseball cap, and authorities say he wore a “distinctive” face mask while on the motorcycle, which had a pair of small flags on its rear.
