Debra Antney Fires Back At Gucci Mane

Waka Flocka Flame and his mom are being accused of stealing money from rapper Gucci Mane, but in an exclusive interview with Debra Antney she tells RumorFix, “I’m gonna laugh.”The lawsuit alleges that Debra, who was Gucci’s manager in 2006 and CFO, and Waka collected royalties without permission and as a result the troubled rapper has money problems and tax issues.Debra tells us, “I’m so speechless. It’s so crazy. Waka wasn’t even rapping in 2006. “She adds, “Drugs, greed and women ruined him — that’s it. Don’t blame that sh*t on me!”The Atlanta-based manager says, “Bless his heart — somebody call Dr. Phil for him!”

"See, you guys don't realize that there are dozens of lawsuits from promoters suing Deb Antney [Waka Flocka's Manager/Mom] for stealing deposits for Gucci shows. She would book shows and steal the deposits when Gucci was locked up. She would double-book shows and basically dare promoters to sue her. Gucci wouldn't even know about these shows she was booking and stealing deposits from and he'd end up in the middle of lawsuits too. NY rappers were the grimest, more snake fucks out there about 10 years ago. Red Cafe, Jim Jones, Juelz all tried it on me. Didn't happen though. Red Cafe came to Chicago and tried to get me to the studio to bring the Pro Tools session without paying me what he promised for the beat. He thought he had one until Lenny S got on the phone and straightened that whole fuck shit right out. Guess what? He had no money. Broke. Juelz tried to give me $500 for a beat 10 years. Hahaha I told him to goto Soundclick with that weaksauce. Then, he magically found $3500 the next night for us. *shrugs*
Twista, Bump J, Stimuli, Bootcamp Clik, Dead Prez, A-Alikes, Roy Jones Jr., all handled business professionally that year in 2003 with us.
