In light of Hov’s “retirement” LP The Black Album turning 10 today, Mister Cee dedicated his Throwback At Noon segment to the Brooklyn emcee. On top of the album’s hits, the Hot 97 DJ also threw in some of the samples used by Kanye West, Just Blaze, 9th Wonder and more.
