Rick Ross Previews The Notorious B.I.G.-Inspired Song

Rick Ross has previewed a song that uses a beat similar to The Notorious B.I.G.'s "You're Nobody (Until Somebody Kills You)."
Rick Ross previewed a song inspired by The Notorious B.I.G.'s “You’re Nobody (Until Somebody Kills You)."
The track reportedly features a beat similar to the one The Notorious B.I.G. used for “You’re Nobody (Until Somebody Kills You)," as per vibe.com.
The site reports that Ross' vocals on the selection are "eerily" similar to The Notorious B.I.G.'s.
The song is reportedly meant to address Ross' January shooting incident.
Ross reportedly lost control of his Rolls Royce after he was attacked by gunfire January 28. Sources, including TMZ.com, reported that the Maybach Music Group boss was attacked on Fort Lauderdale, Florida's Los Olas Boulevard, near 15th Avenue. Early reports indicated that more than a dozen rounds were fired by the assailant.
"[There are] no suspects and we not here to speculate on any suspects," he said in an interview with MTV. "I'm just staying positive, I'm moving forward and I'm just staying on top of my game."
“You’re Nobody (Until Somebody Kills You)" was released on 1997's Life After Death, the second album from The Notorious B.I.G.
The Notorious B.I.G. was shot and killed in Los Angeles, California on March 9, 1997. He was shot multiple times, also while sitting in the passenger seat of a Chevrolet Suburban. He was 24.
During the album preview, Ross also previewed "Francis Ford Coppola," "Ultimate Price" and "No Games," according to vibe.com.
Mastermind's upcoming "The Devil Is A Lie" single was not previewed. It is set to be released within the next month as Ross readies the unveiling of his album, set to be in stores December 17.
