Mac Miller – "The Star Room" [VIDEO]

Mac Miller – "The Star Room" [VIDEO]

Mac Miller returns with a visual for "The Star Room," the intro to his second studio album, Watching Movies With The Sound Off. Again, the Pittsburgh MC goes way left as a way to further communicate the LP's eclectic feel on the small screen.
Hazy scenes show Miller rhyming from a couch. Behind him is a message painted on the wall that reads, "I'm Not Real." The world he occupies pretty much reaffirms those claims, as he sits just feet away from a pair of women with an affinity for cocaine that are dressed scantily clad.
Meanwhile, Miller rhymes some of his most emotionally candid bars to date over the randomblackdude-produced beat.
"Haven't picked a major label, think I'm blackballed/ I still don't got the heart to pick my phone up when my dad calls/ Will he recognize his son when he hears my voice?/ I put this music against my life, I think I fear the choice," the Rostrum artist rhymes.
Watching Movies With The Sound Off is currently available via iTunes. See the treatment for "The Star Room" below.
