Killa Tay AKA Tay Capone made his solo debut in 1998 with Mr. Mafioso. Snake Eyes and Thug Thizzle followed two years later.
Since he entered the business, Tay has collaborated with several West Coast and Midwest artists and has continued networking with several up and coming artists. Not only in California, but he is also known for frequently recording in Denver, Kansas City and Seattle. His Bay Area Imprint, his label titled P.I.I.M.P. or Put It In My Pocket, consists of various hand-picked artists who caught his eye with their talents and stage presences. Some of these artists include DoBad, Mahem, and The Kamp. He also has a long list of production credits and collaborations with his musical mentor “1 Drop Scott” who showed him the ropes in the music business after they connected during several AWOL/Noo Trybe Projects they both produced on.
